Winter Salon Show
Forthcoming exhibition
Overview
Larkin Durey is delighted to present an exhibition bringing together eight artists whose work explores painting and drawing as an act of storytelling, with the figure a common motif.
Whether challenging dominant power structures and conservative ideology or exploring more intimate narratives relating to heritage, identity and memory, these works expand material boundaries and question who controls the gaze.
The exhibition features work by Asad Faulwell, Habib Hajallie, Massoud Hayoun, Andrew Maughan, Tiyana Mitchell, Lavar Munroe, Marc Padeu and Anders Sunna.
